Justin Pearson is the Founder and Lead Consultant of THRIVE Leadership Consulting. With more than two decades of experience spanning business, nonprofit organizations, and local churches, Justin brings a broad and practical perspective to leadership and organizational growth.

His insights and skills are shaped not only by success and growth, but also by lessons learned through challenges, mistakes, and missteps along the way. Throughout his career, Justin has had the privilege of working alongside and learning from exceptional leaders who have challenged and shaped him both personally and professionally.

From an early role in finance, to planting and pastoring a local church, to helping a small business gain clarity and strategic direction, Justin has served in a wide range of leadership positions. These experiences highlight a unique mix of gifts.

Justin is known for his ability to think forward, seeing the big picture and charting a clear course ahead, while also being highly detail-oriented and proactive. He is comfortable working both at the strategic level and in the operational weeds, helping organizations solve problems, build systems, and move ideas into action. He enjoys long-term planning, collaborative problem-solving, and turning vision into executable strategy.

Outside of his professional work, Justin is married to his wife, Amy, and they have four children who keep life full and fun. He is actively involved in his local church and enjoys coaching baseball and basketball.

He loves engaging life, the ups and the downs, with others and looks forward to getting to know you with the hope of working together to not just survive, but thrive.
